Golf fitness is crucial to improving your golf game and overall health.


You don’t need fancy equipment to get a good stretch in before hitting the course. Your clubs are great tool to help accomplish a good warm-up routine.

I typically carry a variety of fitness bands in my bag to increase the resistance during my warm-ups. Whether it’s before a practice routine or full round, these bands are highly effective and don’t take up too much room in my bag.

If you have the pleasure of a golf cart during your round, it can also serve as a good stable foundation for stretching before and during your round.
